  Such a pleasant experience!! And the food was delicious, would definitely recommend the prawn and chicken yakisoba. Ben’s service was exceptional and really made our experience better!

  Had an excellent meal here before going to the theatre. Great menu and all freshly cooked. The staff are very good too, friendly and ready to help with any questions regarding the menu

  Wagamama’s was my go-to when I was younger and I almost worked here so we came for a cute nostalgia inducing dinner for my sister’s birthday. We really enjoyed the food and service was exceptional. Nothing to complain. Very amiable and engaging waiter Bhabuk knew the menu well and made us feel at home. He consistently checked up on us which was really nice. The food arrived almost instantly and it was very tasty. The only reason the food isn’t 5* is because when I had the teriyaki steak soba back in 2020 at the Peterborough branch there was a lot more flavour in the sauce so the ingredient formula has clearly changed or is inconsistent across branches. Nevertheless it was a great dinner and the hot honey chicken was delicious!

  Went here for lunch today! Ordered fire crackers prawns and the chicken bao. The chicken in bao was cold and the sauce in the prawns dish a tad bit less. The manager Joanna not only got us fresh bao but also got a bowl of sauce to finish our rice. Wonderful food and excellent customer service!

  I was so disappointed took my daughter out for dinner I ordered the new steak with noodles she ordered Ramen 45 min to bring out drinks we ordered My meal came 20 min after They used any steak cut over done The ramen came 10 later and it was the wrong one At this point my food was cold as we anted to eat together 30min later the ramen turned We paid and the manager apologised and gave us a voucher to use on next visit
