  I eat here a lot of an d often order takeaway. The last couple of times I’ve ordered takeaway from here they got it completely wrong. I ordered rice noodles but I get usual horrible wheat noodles so I can’t eat the dish and my grandchild got no chicken with her chicken Katsu order. Uber refunded me £1.55 so I called the restaurant to make sure that it never happens again but the manager struggled to even tell me his name and role and then couldn’t handle my complaint with no satisfactory outcome. I don’t know what’s wrong with this place used to be good. So sick of staff who can’t actually give customer service then start blaming their customers. He kept calling me rude which I wasn’t. I was just trying to explain my problem. He couldn’t even understand what I was saying. Even though I’m born here! Super frustrating and not satisfactory. Don’t know what to do because I’m disabled and can’t cook for myself anymore. This is one of the healthiest options locally they need to sort themselves out and get some good helpful stuff you understand how to serve their customs

  Service was quick and professional, food was good. Service from Aryan was great and he offered me an extra spicier sauce to try, which was appreciated (even if my spice tolerance is limited 😅)

  The Steak Teriyaki Soba came with extremely dry beef that was far from juicy or enjoyable. Please refer to the attached photos. The steak also appeared to have been pre-cooked rather than freshly prepared. On top of that, the portion size was very disappointing for £22 on Uber Eats. The Chicken Cha Han was reasonable in terms of portion size, but it was also dry and, more concerningly, the chicken had an unpleasant smell that made me question its freshness. Both dishes were tasteless and had an unusual smell, making the entire meal a very disappointing experience. Given the high prices, I expected much better quality, freshness and flavour. I would not recommend these dishes. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and reviews its food preparation, freshness and quality control standards. PLS CHECK THE IMAGES HOW THEY SHOW IN THE WEBSITE VS WHAT YOU RECIEVE!!👎🏼

  We took a day trip to London and decide to have dinner at Wagamama in Canary Wharf. I ordered for soupy ramen veg noodle. They served udon instead of ramen. I immediately raised it to staff. Staff named gowri explained that my order being vegetarian, it would be udon not ramen. She mentioned ramen contains egg. She was very helpful and very friendly. If u had more stars to rate, I would rate her. Not to mention, all the staffs are extremely helpful.

  Our server was Aryan. He gave us excellent recommendations based on our requirements. The food was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed the experience and generally all the staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The only reason for taking a star off is that the toilets left something to be desired, with practically no toilet paper and quite dirty. Otherwise an excellent experience.
