  I was looking forward to trying Wagamama Canary Wharf, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. The dishes took quite a while to arrive, which made the dining experience feel slower than it should have. The standout item was the Honey Glazed Firecracker Chicken starter—it was easily the only good dish we had. My wife has visited Wagamama in Milan several times, and she immediately noticed the difference. She even showed me photos of the Chicken Firecracker and Chicken Gyoza from Milan, and the versions served here looked quite different and were noticeably less appealing. I also found the dishes we ordered to be underwhelming in terms of both presentation and flavour. With so many excellent dining options around Canary Wharf, I think there are better places to eat. While this wasn't a terrible experience, it certainly didn't match the standard I was expecting.

  Wonderful service from Kanchana, as a Muslim customer she helped in picking out our dishes and catered to the changes we needed to make to our meals and was all in all a positive , kind and welcoming person providing top customer service.

  The prawn firecracker is absolutely delicious! The flavours, the nice the juicy of the prawns. To die for! The flavours of the onions and peppers the sauce compliments the dish so well. Such lovely service too
