  Yesterday some friends dragged me to Wagamama in Camden. We left after a few minutes. As you enter, you see these long communal tables — probably 10 of them — each able to seat 20–30 people. At least 7 of them were completely free; the place was at maybe 10% capacity. The host takes us to one of these tables. It's dirty. He quickly wipes about a fifth of it, and my two friends and I sit down — with my leg pressed against my friend's, because the benches at these tables fit roughly 1.5 people. I asked our host if he could also clean the next section of the table so I could sit on the empty stretch of bench and have a bit more space. His reply: "I'm sorry, but that's another table and someone else could come." I pointed at the roughly 100 free seats around us and said, "Doesn't look like you're short on seats." He just apologised and said, "It's the way it is." I was furious — squeezed onto half a bench while the entire restaurant sat empty, next to a still-dirty table, because he'd only wiped the little patch in front of us. That's garbage. It's Camden, I don't expect silver service — but I also don't expect to be treated like an idiot while you charge £10 for 5 gyoza in a place with dirty tables everywhere, grubby menus, and staff who look completely unengaged and uncaring. In the almost 10 minutes we have been sitting there while Googling another restaurant to go, not one server approached to ask if we wanted, water, a drink or we wanted to order. Never again.

  It is always nice to get a food delivery from this shop but we are all rider got new experiences yesterday.. The girl who arranging all of the delivery food.her act like a bossy. Very rude behavior and unacceptable word. I hope she will try to change her behavior soon and be nice to the riders

  Visited Saturday at 7.30 pm, had to ask to move as table was dirty, service appalling, gyosas where cold, bathrooms dirty, ramen small. The worst of it was 4 hrs later the food poisoning came on. We did complain at the bill not leaving a tip as well. Avoid!
