  Really slow service. It’s almost as though the staff tried very hard not to make eye contact to avoid engaging and serving. Food was good - as expected.

  Very disappointing lunch at Wagamama Brent Cross. Staff seemed disinterested and distracted, pre meal drinks did not turn up until reminded, (restaurant not even half full), one meal was served on its own. The other meal had been left on a counter top and no one thought to serve until we mentioned it - so it was cold. Food was probably the worst we have eaten for some time. Just an abysmal experience which obviously will not be repeated at this branch or any other.

  had come in yesterday and i was served by Leena, she was very caring and attentive and has a very positive attitude, would definitely recommend to come here.

  Usually come here but the customer service today was absolutely awful. The girl serving us was no aware at all of us, we had to get another waitress and even then she was no bothered, they took the starters that came 20 minutes after and not even together, we had to wait another 20 minutes to order our main and I had to stand up and find someone because NO ONE was there to help us, felt that they were purposely ignoring us to not work. Even at the end when we try to get a take away bag, she completely forgot and we had to to stand up to get it, our “waitress “ saw all this but didn’t even bothered to come to apologise or to help in any way. We had to stand up AGAIN when they didn’t provided us with a bag and when i told them that the customer service been awful they just looked at me and didn’t even responded to acknowledge my complaint. And for the cherry on top, we finally noticed after several times that our waitress was nowhere to be seen, that she was flirting with another colleague, how more unprofessional can this place be? All this staff need some serious customer service training because they made my experience absolutely horrible. Spent over £50 for this? Never coming back to this place.
