  It had been quite a while since I last visited Wagamama and, as I already knew the chain, we decided to come back this time to Wagamama Battersea. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. In my opinion, the menu has improved a lot, as have the flavours. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. If you visit, I highly recommend the Tantanmen Beef Brisket Ramen 🍜 — it was absolutely delicious — as well as the chicken gyozas 🥟, which we also loved. I’d also like to give a special mention to the way they looked after someone in our group who is gluten-free/coeliac. The care and attention were excellent. They were very helpful throughout, clearly explained the options and ingredients, and, most importantly, made us feel safe and reassured throughout the meal. 💯 I would definitely recommend Wagamama to anyone who is coeliac or needs gluten-free options. And of course, the service deserves a special mention too. The whole team was incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming, from our waitress to everyone else who looked after us. You can really tell when a team genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience. Overall, a fantastic experience — great food, excellent service, and exceptional care when it comes to gluten-free requirements. We’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

  I ordered the chicken and prawn yaki udon and asked to add beef, but the dish only came with beef. There’s no chicken or prawns. Also, we ordered an ice cream for our son, but it never arrived and we were still charged for it.

  It was a great experience being here and the service was amazing but the person that stood out the most was mavel very good customer service and made me my partner and my daughter feel very confortable. Big thanks to wagamama and a big thank u to mavel.

  Absolutely Fabulous customer service and food. Following our Grease Immersive Movie Musical experience. We popped in for our favourite food. Cat, Lettie and Johnathan went over and above to ensure we were comfortable and had a pleasant experience. Thank you!

  Today I visited Wagamama Battersea Powerstation alone. A male employee called Jonathan was spiteful he asked me why I was here. I am British and of mixed race heritage. I told him i was here for a meal and then he spiteful said " oh just for 1" when he could clearly see I was alone. I found his spiteful nature unacceptable so I advised him he was a spiteful human bring and he said I am busy and did not take my order. I was not upset but found his behaviour pathetic. A female member of staff took my order. Jonathan has issues and should not be working with the public.
