- DSDavid StonehouseSep 17, 20261.0I used to be a regular at Toff's but my last trip there was extremely disappointing which has caused me to decide to never go there again. Some of the chips were not cooked properly and for some reason the battered fish was watery. I was not impressed with the waiters and was extremely vexed that I had to ask them for the tea and coffee, which was part of the set meal, which took an unbelievable 30 minutes to arrive. What annoyed me and my wife was that a family who came after us got their tea and coffee straight after their meal and we had to ask for our tea and coffee. The waiter who brought the bill expected us to give a tip for the service and looked annoyed when we decided not to tip him. Clearly standards have declined at Toff's and I would advise Toff's to train their staff better.
