  Vitalii is an amazing server! I came to the bar by myself since I am in London for business. He made sure my water and snacks were abundant and graciously gave me tips on their specialty cocktails. The bar was super busy, but Vitalii attended to me like I was the only person there! Highly recommend the service and the cocktail concoctions! 🍸

  We stayed in the May Fair Hotel and ended up at their bar at the end of our first night. They had an around the world drink list and our waiter Makhmud gave us wonderful suggestions that made for a very enjoyable evening. We will be back

  Such brilliant service Daniel Halbert he went the actual mile for us. We really enjoyed ourselves. My friend and I had an amazing beautiful time here I would highly recommend service is impeccable and the cocktails and little Peaky bits of the bar are just divine. Thank you so much we will come again.

  Absolute stunning hotel/bar. Either stay here and make great use of bar. If not staying here I always come to the bar. Daniell the the main man always looking after the guest with 10/10 skills and attitude. Also a great person with great manors and friendly with everything. Highly recommend.

  DISCRIMINATING TOWARDS MUSLIMS I felt deeply disappointed by my experience and the way we were treated. We arrived at approximately 4:50 p.m. and sat in the bar area. After taking out our laptops, a member of staff approached us and asked whether we would like to order anything. We ordered water while deciding what else to have. Just a couple of minutes later, the same staff member returned and informed us that laptops were not permitted after 5:00 p.m. What I find frustrating is that this was not mentioned when we first sat down or when we were asked to place an order. Instead, we were served water and then effectively asked to leave shortly afterwards. Had the policy been communicated from the outset, we would have understood and made other arrangements. Throughout the interaction, the staff member appeared dismissive and unwelcoming. When I thanked her for bringing the water, my comment was ignored, which further contributed to the feeling that we were not wanted there. What made the situation even more upsetting was that other customers appeared to have been using laptops in the area for a considerable time. To clarify this, I politely spoke to one of the customers who had his laptop out and asked whether he had been informed about the no-laptop policy after 5:00 p.m. He told me that he had been there since the morning and had never been approached or told about such a rule. He also commented that it seemed very strange that we had been singled out. When I raised this inconsistency with the staff member, rather than addressing my concern, she became dismissive and criticised me for speaking to another guest. She repeatedly stated that I should not have approached him because he was "her customer." At no point did she acknowledge the concern I had raised or offer any apology. Instead, she appeared focused on blaming me for seeking clarification about a policy that seemed to be applied inconsistently. I found this response both unprofessional and unreasonable. As visibly Muslim women wearing hijabs, the fact that we were the only guests asked to stop using our laptops, despite other customers apparently not being subject to the same rule, left us feeling singled out and treated differently. While I cannot know the intentions behind the staff's actions, the experience left us feeling discriminated against and unwelcome. Rather than acknowledging our concerns, staff seemed more focused on defending their actions than addressing the issue or offering an apology. The overall service was discourteous and fell far below the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. This was one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences I have had. I left feeling upset, unwelcome, and concerned about the way we were treated. I expected significantly better from a hotel of this calibre.
