  Ivisited TGI Fridays at The O2 with my partner and his sister, who was visiting us from Germany. Since this was her first time at TGI Fridays, we wanted it to be memorable, and thanks to our amazing server, Purpose, it certainly was! The restaurant was very busy, and unfortunately, the food and drinks were taking quite a while to arrive. We know busy periods can be challenging, and we want to make it clear this wasn't Purpose's fault. What really impressed us was how professionally she handled the situation. She regularly came over to update us, was always attentive, and remained calm, friendly and positive throughout our visit. Purpose was an absolute star! She greeted us with a smile every time, made us feel looked after, and never left us feeling forgotten despite how busy the restaurant was. Her warmth, patience and excellent customer service genuinely made all the difference. Honestly, the reason we were happy to stay and wait was because of her! That said, I do think there is room for improvement when it comes to the speed of the food and drink service. The waiting times were quite long, and it would be worth reviewing the processes in place to ensure a smoother experience for customers, particularly during busy periods. However, we don't want that feedback to overshadow the main reason for this review: Purpose deserves recognition for the fantastic job she does. She represented the restaurant wonderfully, and her professionalism and attentiveness turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one. When someone visits from another country, you want them to leave with lovely memories, and we're genuinely grateful that Purpose helped make that happen for us. We hope this review reaches her and her management team because she deserves to know how appreciated she is. Thank you, Purpose, for looking after us so wonderfully! ❤️

  I was at the restaurant with my best mate yesterday and I have to say we definitely enjoyed our meal it was delicious. I had the original burger and It tasted absolutely amazing. We were served by this amazing staff member named Ryanie she has an Excellent customer service skills. She is also a very happy person. Her energy was warm, loving and definitely very caring really she goes to show she puts her heart and soul in helping others more says about her then her job is worth. She definitely deserves a promotion

  To Ryanie, I got home last night and I just couldn’t let this go I knew I had to write this today, I simply couldn’t wait another moment. It felt too important to just leave unsaid. From the very first moment I walked in, your energy was just radiant, warm, bright, and so genuinely kind it lit up the whole evening. You looked after me perfectly with my mate Tayfun every little detail just right but what truly touched me was your beautiful heart. You don’t just serve people you see them, you care, and you make them feel truly welcome. That’s something so rare and so special. I left last night feeling so happy, and I woke up this morning still smiling all because of you. You have such a wonderful, gentle way about you, and it makes the world feel softer and brighter just having you in it. Thank you, Ryanie, for being exactly who you are. You made my night unforgettable, and I won’t forget it. Keep shining your beautiful light, you are truly amazing

  The cocktails are great and I love that you can customise them to your taste! 🍹 The staff were also really helpful, friendly and polite, which made the experience even better. There aren’t loads of vegetarian options, but there’s enough for a quick bite if you don’t mind something a little more carb-heavy. I’d definitely love to see at least one vegetarian or vegan burger on the menu, along with a few more veggie choices. Other than that, I really enjoyed the place and would happily come back — although next time, probably just for the cocktails! 🍸✨

  The food here is absolutely incredible! The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and very welcoming, making it a lovely place to sit down and enjoy your meal. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive. She listened carefully to our preferences, and the chef came up with a wonderful combination of flavours while still keeping the presentation of every dish beautiful. The drinks were delicious as well and complemented the food perfectly. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get, and they also offer a student discount, which is a great bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with delicious food, great drinks, lovely service, and a genuinely atmospheric setting. Definitely a place I’d be happy to come back to!
