  We visited before the Ariana grande concert and was greeted by the lovely paashee she was absolutely brilliant the minute we walked in checking up on us multiple times making sure everything was all okay I would just like to say a big thank you your service was absolutely amazing!!

  The food was lovely, but the music was so damn loud that I could hardly hear anything. I was literally overstimulated, and to top it off, the songs were horrible. Other than that, the food was nice, and I ate everything😁✔️🙂

  I am really disappointed in the experience me and my family had today. We had a reservation at 2:45 only to be seated at 3:00 and then had to wait another 20 minutes to order. It had then taken another long while to get drinks and they came wrong despite correcting the lady who took our order when she repeated the order. At this point, as expected our food also was a long wait where we had to ask a server to check the pass because of how long our food was there. We got the food and it was fine, nothing special. When we finished we asked for the bill and a takeaway box, which they didnt have and could only give us takeaway bags. The bill had come with the wrong drink, we asked for it to be amended because there was a price difference and they came back with the same bill saying they couldn't change it and didn't explain why. This goes without saying this place seriously lacks good managers as the whole restaurant was disorganised and completely understaffed. It seemed that only our server Leon was working but even his great service (cant fault him for anything) couldn't uplift the experience. I am truly disappointed with today and i would not recommend this restaurant until they get proper management.

  Very shocking visit last night at TGI. (My waitress goes by Amie N? It says on the receipt). 22/08/2026. 6:55pm table 84. We ordered two frozen strawberry daiquiris, I watched them sitting at the bar across the room for almost 10 minutes whilst our waitress walked past it multiple times. By the time it arrived- it was no longer frozen. I asked the waitress for some table water, and by my horrific discovery. Found out she gave me USED table water. She just gave me another persons glass that was covered in food around the edges. I was horrified. I brought it immediately back. I received no apology and nobody seemed surprised at the dirty water that was given to me. I left the moment we finished our food. I usually enjoy my time at TGI Fridays, but clearly things have changed by the service and the drinks I received last night.

  We came to TGIs before seeing Joji in the o2. We were seated by a lovely lady who was quick to get our order. We ordered 2 “thank duck it’s Friday” cocktails…and got 2 purple rains. It’s okay I’m not fussy with alcohol so we drank them. Then I ordered a Cajun chicken and prawn pasta with some garlic bread as a side. Not only did I not get the garlic bread…this is what the pasta looked like. It was absolutely swimming in oil. I managed to eventually get the waitresses attention and she took the meal away saying it was not meant to look like that. The replacement dish was not much better. Still relatively oily leaving a residue in the mouth and still no garlic bread to be seen. They even put it on the bill. I would not recommend this meal unless you want to be ill before a show! The lady who served us was lovely but never came to check on the food or ask if we wanted more drinks when all glasses were empty. It wasn’t particularly busy either. I would avoid!
