- SBSusan BaileyAug 20, 20222.0Waited an hour and a half for starters to come out. Then my cheeseburger was burnt and chips all dried up. Not offered more drinks and starter plates not taken away before main course bought out. Lots of shouting by staff. Awful experience!! Very expensive for not great food.
- RERheana EldariaDec 17, 20182.0Extremely disappointing. I asked if I could be seated elsewhere and the attitude I was given by staff was unacceptable. Then, after being reseated, people who were seated long after me were served their food and placed their orders before us and finally, the wait between food orders was over 30mins each. My friend and I got there for 5 with a showcase to watch at 630, we did not get to leave until 715 and the lady who served us, no smile, no checking up, NO THANK YOU AFTER WE PAID OUR BILL. Out of order! It slappeared as though because we requested alternative seating, that server told our food server and decided vto make it a cery unpleasant evening. That is beyond poor service! I'll be sticking to central TGI moving forward. All the staff had their mouths pushed right up their noises, ridiculous. The only person who saved this a little was when the manager had to take it upon him self to assure we were reseated as we wished but otherwise, terrible experience from staff.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
