  Visited this branch on the 29th dec around 4pm. Me and my friend waited nearly an hour to receive our drinks followed by cold food. When asking the waitress why there was such a long wait and that our food was cold, she shrugged her shoulder and replied “I will tell them for next time” , sorry next time ? I will never step foot in the branch ever again the staff had disgusting attitudes, service was abysmal, nothing like how I can recall other tgis to be.my friend then ordered a double vodka and coke which came and was clearly a single, the waitress was called over to explain this she then screws up her face and points to the bar and tells my Friend to “go over there and tell them”. Bill was asked for which again took another 20mins and they over charged us, we again addressed this stating in the menu 2 sides was £15 to be met with bad attitude and the waitress saying “why didn’t we say anything” to which I said you should know your menu & deals you have overcharged us, served cold food which was chicken and served under measured vodka. This woman was africa , mid sized for description we were sitting on the second row of tables to the right of the entrance of the restraunt. The waitress stormed off and then was seen talking about us with another waitress who then went to the till and came over with a revised bill of 2x 2 starters at £15 each 1 coke 1 double with coke. No resolution to the cold food that was not eaten or the stinking attitude causing a very poor atmosphere in the section. Awful experience this restaurant location needs a serious overhaul on staff training and efficiency.

  After waiting for 40 minutes and asking for someone to take our order we finally had our order taken. Waited another 20 minutes no drinks or food so walked. Staff seemed to have no idea on how a restuarant should work they had safety and hygiene issues were disorganised. I have worked in hospitality and found this a very disappointing experience.

  If you were eating out and this was served as your sharing platter would you be happy? Scratched metal tray with no covering, limp quesadillas, dried out looked like reheated wings both the glazed and boneless. The children’s drinks were 75% ice. Had the children not been hungry and Westfield eateries less busy we would have left. I am afraid this will be our last visit to any TGIFridays.

  Visited today at around 1300, First of all we asked for a table that had space as I am clearly a plus size person. The girl(she looked mixed race)at the front who seated us then have is a very small space…the restaurant was very empty and had some larger tables available & others that was occupied had just 2 people sitting at them. We decided to move to another table of our own accord but informed the table staff that we were doing so. The girl at the front came over and said we have to move to a smaller table as they are getting too many customers who want a bigger table, I said thats fine but cancel our order & we will leave, she replied “well you might as well stay where you are then”. She then went back to the podium and made some very degrading, rude remarks about me to her colleagues & kept giving us dirty looks. Horrible girl & the main reason I have chosen to write this review. While we were in there only 3 parties that was bigger than 2 people came in & was seated almost immediately. The food wasnt great, the quality has declined. The price was very reasonable. The fries & steak were good as well as the cocktails. Chicken was too dry and the seasoning for the pork ribs was just okay. Our table staff(a lovely Jamaican man, I think his name was Craig on the receipt) was amazing, friendly, chatty and very attentive, not just with us but all of his ‘guests’. Top guy and the only thing that made the visit worth it. We wish him the best, however, we will not be returning to this branch due to the horrible girl at the front who clearly has no manners, she should be working in the back away from customers.

  Sitting here shivering my azz off cus the AC is on in January…do better what is this 😭 our waiter is very nice though. Edit to add, we asked for nachos and to remove jalapeno’s and they send it out with chilli peppers, we asked them to remove it please and they bring it out with no salad at all like the chef is throwing a tantrum.
