  BELOW ZERO STARS By Far Atrocious behaviour today (1/10/2026) from the Fruit Department in The Tilling Road Store, 2-3pm. All loose produce IS over ripe and the only desirable goods are prepackaged. You cannot divide the better produce and there is no alternative and the manger of said department was/is entirely condescending despite the OBVIOUS issue. Tesco does not or cannot offer an alternative on the spot. They would rather label you a thief. Fine. Great work all staff concerned backing each other up against a loyal (ex) Customer of decades. I saw you were getting dragged in the news for something or another now I have my own personal experience. You don't want people to pay for what they actually need and want to buy and offer no alternative; while the real thieves prosper in your store, including your business model.

  Last Thursday went grocery shopping among other items I bought 12 packs of spaghetti and 5pack linguini napolina brand at the till a staff member called Segar stoped me and held me the for 1 hour accusing me of not paying for all the packs which I did have everything in the receipts, he didn’t understand that spaghetti and linguini are not the same and can’t be branded as one item Complained to the customer service and they did nothing about it after realising his mistake mr Segar just went away and didn’t apologise despite trying so make me look bad in front of fellow customers mistakes do happen but the way the staff handled the situation was unforgivable shouldn’t assume anything if you do not understand or can’t identify products

  Unfortunately the milk section is always a mess , and the floor under and around is hugely disgusting - this needs better system instead of spending money and concentrating on Bovaer crap. Rest of the products depends , but you are worried to buy anything non organic especially after their Salmon fiasco and Cadbury packaged poison at every corner.
