  I visit this Tesco a few times per week and I have to say - the woman who is working on the self service tills around 7am (I didn’t see her name badge, but she’s the woman wearing a head scarf if that helps identify her) is the rudest person I’ve ever come across. She’s rude with me every time and I’ve seen her be really rude to others. Appalling woman.

  Group of 4 of us went - all over the age of 30. One of their elderly staff (lady) stood at the self check out, heard us say that we’re lucky we’re not getting drinks because we don’t have ID. She then purposefully decided to ID a grown man (there is no chance you take a look at him and think there’s a chance he’s under 30 years old) for a red bull. She then laughed about the fact we made that joke beforehand. We told her that it’s not fair, one of the team went to their car after being told that they could go get their ID but since the person who she had initially seen trying to purchase the red bull (he’s over 6’3 and easily noticeable) so she declined to serve the person with the ID. As a group we then decided this was ridiculous and we would go get meal deals from elsewhere, we asked for a refund of the things we had already purchased. She said it wasn’t possible and walked away. She did not process our refunds or help us to do so. She was rude, unhelpful and she is the sole reason that no one from our company will be visiting the large Tesco by us. I really hope this isn’t how Tesco train their staff to be.

  Really good Tesco - well stocked and great to have free parking in London. Staff are friendly and helpful. I always visit around 6 am on Saturdays. A special mention and recommendation for Siva and Nadia who helped me check out my very full shopping trolley. Thank you!
