  I have never experienced customer service as bad as the employees at Tesco. The staff are unbelievably rude, unhelpful, and act like customers are an inconvenience for simply asking a question. No basic manners, no professionalism, and absolutely no interest in helping people. It genuinely felt like nobody working there cared about their job or the customers at all. By far the most customer-unfriendly place I have ever visited. Tesco seriously needs to train their employees on how to speak to people properly

  Fantastically big with exceptional staff who are very helpful and friendly. I was fortunate enough to have help from Jamiah. He stopped everything he was doing to help me find things and he was so pleasant and kind. What a lovely chap!

  This is my regular Tesco store, but on one of my shops today. One of our staff members went beyond the call of duty. I had bought one of the superb pairs of jeans last night in the Winchester extra store and, fortunately, kept the receipt. When I tried them on this morning, I discovered that the security alarm a black knob firmly attached to one of the pockets of the jeans had not been taken off last night. The lady on the information desk recommended me to go home, half an hour drive from here, and then bring them back to have it taken off. But her colleague the brilliant Felix, said I’ve got a better idea if you don’t mind coming to the loos with me, You can take them off inside one of the cubicles hand them to me and then I’ll get the security tag released for you. Two minutes later.

  I’ve been visiting Tesco Superstore with my family since the early 2000s, and it still brings back wonderful memories, now even for my own kids. The store has always offered a great selection of products, and the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s one of those places that feels familiar and welcoming every time you visit. Great service, a great atmosphere, and a store that has remained reliable for years.
