- AVAnother Viking1 day ago2.0Staff are impatient, shouts at each other across the floor, talk over customers, if the self service machine don't register a scan they come dashing behind, within a split second, riiiiiight up and start leaning in, pushing buttons when the customer is perfectly capable of solving the issues independently....it is creepy and intrusive. Just give it a beat and let the scustomer at self service figure it out, which will take seconds. Never hello, never a smile never excuse me, just fast fast fast rush rush and stare blank when asked "would you mind stepping back"

The management made no attempt to alleviate the problem and was told by a manager nothing they can do if you don't like it contact head office. Very rude. After a extended wait I just had to leave accompanied by a number of other customer. Very poor management.

I literally have to wait to pay for 2(!!!) packs of diapers over 30 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. Management should wake up and bring in more people on Sundays as that is the day most of the people are shopping for the following week! 🚨🚨🚨⏰⏰⏰
