  bought a tropicana juice. the cap twisted off too easily, the packet was 1/3 empty as if somebody drunk from it

  This Tesco has the major potential to be a well stocked market with quality food. There’s several new residential builds going up, which will increase the need for groceries. This Tesco continuously under stocks their groceries which means you get little options if you shop in the evening. The quality of groceries is below average. Picture shows potatoes rotting from the inside. They were bought 10 minutes ago. They have two door entrances, one from the parking lot and one from the A12 bus stop side. If you enter from the A12 bus stop side, inside you still have to walk to the other end of the store to actually enter the gates inside. Poor engineering in entrances. PLEASE open the inside entrance on the A12 bus stop side so that customers can enter/exit through both entrances. It’s crowded enough and will get even more congested with the new builds.

  ​I have been shopping at this store for about two years now, and the customer service I received last week really highlights why I keep coming back. I was purchasing a ceramic bowl, and the staff member serving me, SANDRA, was absolutely fantastic. Without me even having to ask, she took the initiative to carefully wrap the bowl in paper so it wouldn't get damaged on the way home, all while giving a warm and genuine smile. ​This is exactly what the gold standard of customer service looks like—thoughtful, proactive, and polite. It is rare to see this level of care and respect these days, and SANDRA is an absolute credit to the Tesco team. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

  One star, mainly because of the parking. The family parking spaces are constantly occupied by people who don’t have young children. They park there simply because it’s more convenient for them. Some people have absolutely no sense of common courtesy or consideration for others.

  It’s a big Tescos! Plenty of produce and spacious, so you don’t feel like you’re in a race to get round. Parking is plentiful with both the main car park and the overflow one. Lots of trolleys available and whenever we’ve been we’ve got through the tills quite quickly. Easily accessible off the A12, as long as that isn’t snarled up with traffic, then it can be a nightmare!
