I had the almost impossible task of trying to find a gluten-free and vegan pizza, and after a few minutes of searching myself, I decided to ask one of the staff members for help. Isac, bless his heart, jumped straight into action without a second thought and went above and beyond to see if he could find something in the back. Unfortunately, they were out of stock, but honestly, it was the effort, kindness and willingness to help that made all the difference. He genuinely went the extra mile, and that kind of customer service deserves to be recognised. His help was so appreciated, and he absolutely made the experience that much better. Thank you, Isac!

Strange lay out. It didn't make sense to me but staff were very nice.

Big supermarket with a great choice of products. But it is really hard to get a discount card than you are not from UK.😅

I went to your store today to shop and donate two bags of clothes and sneakers. I was about to put them in the collection bin when a man in a blue uniform stopped me from doing so, even though there was plenty of space inside; he was very insistent and rude. I ended up leaving the bags and stayed back to see what he was up to: he took everything out of the bags, put what he didn't want into the bins, and took away what he wanted for himself. I had taken great care to organize everything for people in need, only to have this man rummage through my things for his own personal gain. Later inside of the store I find out he works for Tesco. This is completely wrong, and I am going to report it.
