I have not shopped here for a while but went in on Sunday. Surprised by a few things. 1 - A staff member was having a phone conversation on speaker phone while refreshing shelves. 2 - Children on bikes racing round the car park 3- Security guard oblivious to a child travelling up the escalator on a scooter.

As a customer's I being using this store over 4years I can see how the things has gone down.. nowadays you cannot have variety of products most of the things is out of stock. Yesterday I came across to return my clothes but my bad I didn't have my receipts or my club cards wasn't scan for the items I bought so they can't trace it, some staff in the customer service were keen to help but unfortunately some staff chosen not to help me out ,though I don't want a refund only I can exchange but the staff didn't want to do it.. Luckily one of the staff in the store name Padma she had help me out she took me to her senior manager to discuss the matters and finally the clothes got exchanged I can said some staff in the store they are not helpful at all they see your background origin & colour to help you out... But Padma, whenever I came across her she always put a smile on her face n always there to help...with anything... We need such poeple around us... To feel pleasant when we walk to the store

The tall asian lady by the self service Asma is extremely rude. Whenever you ask her to help she just stares at her phone.

I try to avoid coming to this supermarket even though it’s within walking distance for me. The queues for self checkout are often excessively long and I’ve noticed the shelves were empty several times during the day throughout the summer. Seeing flies hovering around the produce section and the recent pigeon incident have really put me off of buying loose fruit/veg here. More importantly, you really need to do something about the beggars loitering around the entrance and the car park. The man who’s here regularly is nice enough, however some of the others have started yelling at customers on their way in and out.
