  Excellent assortment for all ethnic groups, a bit of organization is lacking but I understand it because perhaps the company policy to pay workers less takes a fairly basic level

  Big store with only two members of staff on the tills, while all of the trolley self-checkouts are card only. I had my own shopping to complete, as well as a separate, smaller shop for my mother, which she had given me cash for. Because I had a trolley with my child in it, I was apparently not allowed to use the basket-only self-checkouts, even though my mother’s shopping was easily a basket-sized shop and there were cash options available on those tills only. It makes absolutely no sense to restrict customers with trolleys to card-only self checkouts, particularly when there are cash-paying customers who have no other convenient option. This Tesco seriously needs to reconsider its checkout system. Cash should remain an option regardless of which checkout a customer is using.

  I just have the most appalling experience doing a return. Someone called Gaj took my product immediately refusing to process the refund accusing me of lying and worn the item. Thank God for the security who came and another customer who both could ackowledge the shoes had not been worn, and felt sorry for me when the cashiers were properly ganging up on me, refusing to even listen. Proper bullies. Then when I took their names, they threatened me. I waited for the police that they told me was going to arrest me. All this in front of my two children. Great service guys!

  Unfriendly staff that made this whole shopping experience terrible. Two members of staff happened to not only rush us out of the store but also treated us poorly, both dismissive and judgemental comments were made towards us. Not to mention that the bathroom was filthier than filth, the stench was unbearable. 100% horrible experience. There is a reason why the rating of this store is 3.8 and why most of the reviews are under 3 stars.
