  ​5/5 Stars – Exceptional service at Tesco Woolwich! ​I had a great experience at the Tesco Woolwich store today thanks to Jeevan. I had forgotten my Clubcard voucher and was struggling to get internet connection in-store to pull it up. Jeevan went out of his way to assist me and managed to get the voucher online for me. He also helped aggregate all my other vouchers together so I could use them all in one go. Excellent customer service—thank you, Jeevan!

  Security pick and choose who they want to watch and victimise based off what they look like, stock all over the place, stock trolleys all over the floor blocking isles

  You have a very nice store with a huge selection of products and plenty of shopping options. I really like the variety you offer. However, one major issue is that one of the escalators is very often out of service. This is quite disappointing and really needs to be fixed. Another point is that the store is often very crowded. It would be much better to have a more organized queuing system at the checkout, as the lines can become very long and confusing. It would also be great if you offered more cold drinks in the refrigerators. There were hardly any chilled beverages available during my visit. Overall, I enjoyed shopping here, but improving the escalators, organizing the checkout queues better, and keeping more cold drinks in stock would make the shopping experience much better. Thank you!

  I had to use the customer toilet during my shopping, and I was genuinely shocked. It was one of the dirtiest public toilets I have ever seen. The level of hygiene was completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. No customer should have to use facilities in that condition. This urgently needs attention and improvement. I would appreciate a response explaining what action Tesco will take to address this issue.

  Not a nice shopping experience. The store does have a great selection of products catering for most, but the checkout experience is always a nightmare with huge queues and not enough staff. Although it is quite a convenient store to get to, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
