  Tesco parking Woolwich is free for 3 hours but be careful of the drivers parking Woolwich they will damage ure car and tesco parking Woolwich dont help u because most of the people cant drive so I rate this parking 1 star

  A great shop. Spacious It has everything you could possibly want (Clothes, gardening supplies, children’s toys, groceries) There is a lift for people with reduced mobility and mums Good special offers A wide selection of produce from all over the world, which is very useful

  This was the worst Tesco experience I’ve had. I visited today to use vouchers I’d been given by a company, but the staff clearly didn’t know how to process or authorise them. The staff member at self-checkout incorrectly told me the voucher had already been used, and Elizabeth at customer service was equally unhelpful and dismissive. After spending around 10 minutes trying to resolve a simple issue, I finally requested a manager. Fela the manager was the only competent member of staff I dealt with, professional, helpful, and able to process the voucher without any issue. She was polite and handled the situation properly, which I appreciated. She said she will retrain staff on how to process vouchers going forward🙃 Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the rest of the staff. The store felt depressing, and most employees came across as miserable and unwilling to help customers. This experience is exactly why I rarely shop at this Tesco, despite living nearby for over four years. I’d rather pay more and shop at M&S and Lidl, where the customer service is consistently far better and the staff know how to process a simple voucher. I will be glad to never ever return!

The staff members were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. When I could not find a product, one of the employees kindly guided me to the correct aisle with a smile. Their positive attitude created a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout the store. I was also happy with the wide variety of products available. From fresh fruits and vegetables to household items, clothing, and snacks, Tesco Extra had everything I needed in one place. The prices were reasonable, and there were many special offers that helped me save money while shopping. Another thing I enjoyed was the fast checkout process. Even though the store was busy, the self-service machines and cashiers worked efficiently, making the experience smooth and convenient. Overall, my visit to Tesco Extra was memorable, relaxing, and satisfying, and I look forward to shopping there again soon.
