Customer service is terrible here. I self scan already but when there is an issue with an item eg it will not scan or no bar code on it I am told to "ho get another one". I do not work for tesco, I self scan already I think that is enough what next?should I come and clean up or srack shelves? Rubbish

the Tesco itself is fine although recently pricier (but where isn't), but the staff could do with some training (except this one guy he's great) also the queues get pretty long and the self scanners are often unavailable (due to a system/network issue) or just aren't there. its forgivable if it's because they're all being used, but there are always over 20 just sitting in a basket doing nothing spillages also often just get a sign and aren't dealt with for a while thursday freebies are always fun tho xx
