    I always have good experiences at this Tesco, but today I especially wanted to mention the security guard who was at the door on 17/06/2026, between around 8pm and 9pm. I accidentally left my phone at the checkout counter and only realised after I had already left. When I called my phone, he answered and very kindly told me he had found it and was keeping it safe for me. He was extremely polite, helpful and reassuring. I’m very grateful to him once again. He really seems like a wonderful person. Thank you to Tesco for having such lovely staff, from customer service to security.

    No matter how small the change, staff should not withhold it. Always ask for a receipt, that way you can point out to staff when they are being dishonest, which is what I experienced. Those little thefts add up to large sums. Not right at all.
