  The security guard said no animals allowed in a rude and bad manner way in which caused emotional damage and wasn’t a good situation he is very rude and should be fired fresh off the boat freshie

  Big thanks to the security guy this evening around 5.30 who pointed me towards a bargain beer pack which gave me 5 more cans for not much more money than the 4 that I had chosen. Friendly and helpful man. Thank you.

  I shop at Tesco almost every day and I always place some items underneath the stroller because it’s very difficult to push a stroller with a baby while also carrying a shopping basket in the other arm. Last Friday, I was approached by the security guard in a very humiliating and uncomfortable way. He handed me a basket and told me that I “ You're not going to do that on my watch” The way I was treated made me feel like I was being accused of stealing for absolutely no reason. What makes this even more upsetting is that this same security guard does nothing when men come into the store to steal, but felt comfortable intimidating me because I was a woman alone with a baby. His behavior was abusive, humiliating, and extremely disrespectful. As a loyal customer, I am very disappointed by this experience and hope the store will better train its staff to treat customers with more respect and professionalism.

  I had a very disappointing experience here. The service was poor, and especially the woman working at the till was quite rude and unhelpful. Customer service should be friendly and respectful, but unfortunately that was not the case during my visit. I hope the staff improve their attitude and treat customers better in the future.
