That sh0rt wh1te security guard keeps staring at me making me uncomfortable. Even tho he saw that I paid for my items. I was wearing formal work clothes btw… I’m an ethnic minority for context.

Staff named Sathiya was rude and unprofessional. my clubcard was not scanning and i waited for assistance, assistance light was on, but no one was around. After waiting for ages Sathiya came and his response was so poor. He just said thats the way just scan it. i showed him clearly it wasnt working. he was so unprofessional and just ignored me. No sorry no please no effort to help, he simply went inside his booth. Staff here really needs massive training regarding customer service and how handle issues. i just had to pay without scanning club card since i was in hurry. hope they improve this and waiting time for staff assistance is a big concern too for any scan machine issue.
