  The supermarket and its staff were great! But the security guard is a total creep. I was with a friend looking for a snack (the pastries are near the exit) and we were deciding whether or not to pick something up when he practically latched onto us, acting as if we were about to steal. Later, when we went to pay, a staff member literally had to stop him because he had followed us all the way there like a stalker.

  Please People.. When you get served by a Staff in tills.. Please check and Double check your changes and Notes.. the staff will give you Fake Note. It happened to me at Tesco express Tottenham Court Road (Next to the Theatre) Few days ago, around 10th July 2026, i got 20 Rothmans blue superking, gave £50 Note.. got the change £30+ 1x£20 and 1x£10 and few pounds, change and without checking i put it away, coz it was my lunch time and i do go there on my home too.. just to buy my cigarette. But today, i went in and trying to buy my cigarette and gave the Same £20 Note i received from them few days ago..but it was Fake...and the management refused to check the CCTV, giving me different talks. NEVER TRUST A Sri Lankan. Please people.. Check your Change. I will NEVER go back to Tesco and where there's a Sri Lankan serving. £20 pound is Nothing to me. But showed How your Blood and Nation is.   Live local to this store , fridges have been out for about 3 weeks now , no food in store , went to complain to a member of staff on the shop floor , sadly didn't speak any English, tried to talk to guy on till , didn't speak English, this is terrible standards from tesco , no diversity in the workplace at all , terrible store avoid at all cost , use the covent garden one , staff are nicer and alot better stocked up , also flithly in this branch
