  I had a very disappointing experience at Tesco. I approached the manager, to ask where the tinned fish section was located, but I felt completely ignored despite trying to get his attention multiple times. Customer service should be helpful and respectful, especially when customers are simply asking for assistance. I also noticed a strong alcohol smell on his breath that I found unpleasant, which added to my discomfort during the interaction. In addition, I have often seen him smoking outside the store, which affected my overall impression of professionalism. Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I would expect better customer service and a more attentive attitude from management staff.

  Great store, layout could be better and staff morale could possibly be better too. I collected once or more for charity here and collections were always quick. The only feedback I’d have is to bag up items labelled ready for a volunteer to collect on introducing themselves but staff didn’t seem too compliant with doing so hence the lower score.

  "I’m really disappointed with my recent visits to the Tesco on Mattias Road N16. Not only has the produce been consistently understocked and sometimes past its best, but I’ve also noticed the manager frequently smells of alcohol and is often smoking. Despite raising my concerns to him, he hasn’t addressed them. I hope this can be taken seriously, because I really want to see some positive changes here."

  I think the manager (bald, older gentleman) has repeatedly said weird comments to me, including about what I "should" and "shouldn't" buy. It's inappropriate and creepy.
