  Very unpleasant experience Extremely rude treatment from a member of staff today. I was buying painkillers for myself when she took the product directly from my hand and accused me of making a proxy purchase. I explained that I was already intending to buy the medication for myself, but she completely dismissed me and told me to just buy my meal deal and leave. I understand Tesco’s age-restriction policies, but there was absolutely no reason to treat a customer this way. For identification, I believe her name was Violante. She was a Black female member of staff. I have submitted a formal complaint to Tesco and hope this will be properly investigated.

  My local supermarket, only a few minutes walk from my flat. Always a friendly good morning / hello when I pop by to grab some essentials or the occasional meal deal. Great selection of stuff considering it's only a small shop.

  Where are the vegan options? No vg sandwiches, ice creams, or good meat alternatives... it's seriously lacking here which is super frustrating for all the veggies and vegans around. The one saving grace was the friendly and helpful demeanour of Farheen.

  Fantastic shopping experience every time I visit this Tesco. The store is always clean, well-organised, and easy to find everything in. The shelves are always well-stocked, and everything is laid out really clearly, which makes shopping quick and stress-free. The staff are always friendly, polite, and willing to help with any questions. A special mention to the store manager, who is very kind, professional, and clearly does an excellent job leading the team. You can really tell that the store is well run because everyone is so welcoming and the whole place feels organised and efficient. Overall, an amazing Tesco with excellent customer service. Highly recommend shopping here!
