  I don’t even want to give a star. This was really awful and disrespectful by the security and the staff this Sunday evening, I arrived at 22:55 and shut at 23:00 also there were quite a few people still in the store and I was forced to stop at the entrance and being rude to me which I STRONGLY DON’T ACCEPT IT. This experience was DISAPPOINTED AND TERRIBLE!

  I have used a few Tesco's Express stores in the area and this is by far the best.

  Lovely staff and ok selection but their latest solution for staff safety made me stop going there. I used to big shopping every week at least 120 a week, I don't like using self service tills, their solution to cage the saff and isolate with glasses made it impossible to shop in confort, I can't hear what they say and because of those huge metal cages there's no place to put the shopping bag around the till, not to mention almost 0 access to the basket while they are scanning. The people who designed this solution should be sacked, only an idiot would think of a solution like this. So now online shopping at Waitrose for me, I guess everything happens for a good reason, say goodbye to a loyal customer Cageco express!
