  They work really hard at keeping the store tidy and stocked. They’re always attentive at the tills. It gets a bit chaotic in there, but overall this Tesco is solid.

  I would like to comment about the members of the staff at Tesco Holland Park for their outstanding hard work. Everyday they interact with a large number of customers from everywhere always remaining professional, patient and helpful. No matter how busy the store becomes or how challenging some situation may be they continue to treat everyone with respect, positive attitude. Employees like this are great asset to Tesco and deserve recognition for the effort to put in every day to make a real difference to customers. Special thank you to Prasanth for the great work being so helpful and for his quick response to solve the problems, I do my shopping daily to Tesco Holland Park, and always he’s been quick to help me out in finding products, also with any other issues, many thanks for being so helpful positive and always giving a smile

  This Tesco has been getting more and more disorganized of late. The shelves are a shambles -- items are placed haphazardly in a chaotic jumble, and some produce sections are left empty for days. For some reason the checkout machines are mostly deactivated until customer lines start forming; then at attendant temporarily reactivates them. Often the aisles are clogged with piles of stock that is awaiting placement on the shelves. I don't know if the problem is management or staff shortage, but this place is becoming a real mess.

  Staff are very rude in here. One of the Asian boys is terrible. The manager I think coffee machine never works always no sweetness they just can’t be bothered. Very lazy people.
