  So lazy staffs. Even though the shop close at 12 , they will not allow any customers from 11:50. Pls do something about the staff

  It closes at 12:00 am and I went to try e store at 11:47 and they didn’t let me in, I told them I badly need to buy a medicine and it is very important but still they didn’t let me in. Whereas in other stores they closes exactly at provided time. In other stores this type of situation does not happen. Also the staffs are very rude!!

  I was astonished to last 6 months they didn’t fix cash machines. Around here lot of shops don’t take card but Tesco not fixing nor giving cash back. Real inconvenience. Customer service was really poor. As if they are forced to come to work.

  This was the worst experience of my life. I bought Rassomalai that was already 12 days expired, but only noticed after reaching home. I went back by bus to exchange it, but the manager wasn’t available. The evening shift leader didn’t even apologize or show any sense of guilt or concern. It felt like he didn’t care at all.I was told to come back the next day just to speak with the manager. Very disappointing experience.

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Tesco. The staff showed absolutely no sense of how to deal with customers. They were careless, unhelpful, and didn’t seem bothered at all to assist or even listen properly. It felt like customer satisfaction was the last thing on their minds. Simple requests were ignored, and there was no effort to resolve issues or provide basic courtesy. Very disappointing experience overall. Serious improvement is needed in staff attitude and customer care.
