    Very disappointing experience at Tesco yesterday around 6:40 PM. Two staff members, one lady and one man, were very rude and unprofessional while speaking to me. Their attitude was disrespectful and made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. I understand work can be stressful, but customers should still be treated politely. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable, and I hope Tesco management takes customer service more seriously.
