A male staff member was rude to my relative in a wheelchair and shouted at him when he accidentally drove over his foot. You do NOT raise your voice at someone with a disability that apologised respectfully to you. It is incredibly disrespectful and upsetting to be subjected to this type of verbal abuse. Train your staff members to be respectful to people with disabilities. It is NOT hard to be respectful and speak in a respectable tone with others. As a member of staff facing the general public, you should know how to behave with the public. I will NOT be returning to this branch in the foreseeable future. I appreciate the manager for stepping in and speaking with the staff member, but that member of staff completely ruined what could have been a pleasant shopping experience for us all.

The Tesco had had a few upgrades throughout the years, but the current upgrade it the worst of all. 1) It is dark. 2) Lighting is poor 3) Flooring colour is poor 3) The queues are worse than before. 4) Hardly and space to move along the ailes. 5) There are customers who regularly attent this branch but are incredibly uncomfortable using self serving machines. 6) Some customer actually used to attend this branch due to ease of paying a cashier. It has been a waste of money and time. You go to any supermarket and it be bright and welcoming, but not this one.
