The products are what they are - perfectly adequate everyday items you could pick up in your local Tesco (but matched to the neighborhood - obviously. For example you'll never find a 50p coconut milk here, only the £2 one, or never the 80p gnocchi but the £2.50 one etc). It has fresh bread, lots of veg and fruit etc. Overall it perfectly fits to your everyday shopping. My biggest problem is the layout. I've been living here for almost 4years. I have never (NEVER!) been to this shop when the aisles weren't blocked by restocking carts. There are not enough staff behind the counter because they are CONSTANTLY stocking up - blocking the way with the carts and with the boxes etc and when you try to navigate through them and the other customers they give you the attitude. (Like how dare I try to get an item from the shelf they are just filling up. Like how dare I...) The main issue is that they try to diverse their stock - a few items of a wide variety which results items running out fast. They should just have less variety with more stock on the shelves - they might be able to focus more on the customers (or their personal hygiene, as there are some issues on that department too). I obviously will keep on going to that shop for my everyday items, as it's in-between the tube station and my house, but oh dear it always is a struggle to convince myself to pop in... If Panzer's didn't sell an avocado for the price of a kidney, two legs and a pound of gold, I'd much rather be doing my daily shopping there...
