  I have been a regular customer at this branch for over a year and have never faced any issues until now. While shopping for daily essentials with my guests, we were discussing whether to purchase some alcohol. A staff member at the till, named Nur, intercepted us. She claimed to own the place and told us to get out of the store. She instructed us to pay for our selected items immediately and said that if we wanted to talk, we should go outside. When I calmly informed her that we would pay when we were ready, she became visibly agitated. After we finished paying and were transferring bottled water to my trolley, Nur approached us again, telling us not to stand there, to pick up our items, and to get out. She then called the security guard, Ali, to watch us until we left. Ali escorted us out of the store as if we were thieves who had just been caught. This entire ordeal was deeply embarrassing, as everyone in the store was watching. I felt discriminated against and completely taken aback, especially since I was accompanied by my guests. This level of hostility and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I request that you investigate the conduct of these staff members immediately and take appropriate action. Please be ready to face such treatment if staff named NUR is managing the floor. Much disappointed

  On 2nd of September 2026.. in the morning I can’t believe I’ve come in to archway Tesco’s to try looking for something that I’ve seen online. but yet when I’ve asked for someone’s help the two staff members one had no hair & the other was quite small next to the back of the shop I had them not responded then also walked off while one talking on the phone in he’s language and the other with a table top saying he’s to busy to provide any help/time in he’s words I should look around the whole shop with my eyes. Then when I’m leaving you have a another staff member young boy with a durag on at the front dealing with a customer that’s just stolen things hearing him asking for help with the rest of the customers and all you hear throughout the shop is the gentlemen with no hair saying “ deal with all of that or let him go and get back on the till and sort out the people” instead of coming to help a colleague out you leave him to deal with everything on he’s own and also responding to me and others with poor communication & service felt so angry with what I was saw. Felt so disappointed as I’m a local resident and didn’t ever think to see something like this in Tesco. Thank you to the young durag boy (J) that helped me as much as possible it’s very appreciated.

  The staff are very welcoming & helpful in this store especially the manageress Nur who is enthusiastic & motivated,her attitude & good example gives the place a positive vibe.
