Went to shopping to buy some milk and egg and I wanted to buy some tin chickpeas there was only one left in the shelf Did not know tin was open and maggots on top tin water fell on my shopping so disgusting and awful smell. I could I need to. I straight to call someone to move that and give me a sanitiser but the whole entire Tesco doesn’t have any sanitiser. The stent was so disgusting so I have to redo my shopping again and leave the shop.

The worst customer service in any Tesco I’ve ever seen.

Good thing it works up to 11pm. Quality of the food choice, well, its debatable. : )

Very disappointing experience at Tesco Aldgate East. I visited this store last Thursday and it was honestly one of the worst Tesco experiences I’ve ever had. I was trying to buy alcohol, but the pricing information was confusing and inconsistent. When I asked for help, several staff members seemed unsure about what products were actually in stock and couldn’t provide clear information. The only person who genuinely tried to help was a member of staff in a wheelchair, who was polite, professional and made an effort to assist me. Unfortunately, the rest of the customer service was extremely poor and unhelpful. I’ve shopped in many Tesco stores over the years, but this was by far the most frustrating experience. Better staff training and customer service are clearly needed.
