  Standardem w tradycyjnym świecie handlu na drzwiach jest wywieszka informująca o otwarciu lub zamknięciu open/close. Tesco uważa inaczej: gdy ktoś zbliża się do drzwi nawet ich nie dotykając gdy sklep jest (jeszcze) zamknięty wita go przeraźliwy alarm. Współczuję okolicznym mieszkańcom .Zapłacili krocie za mieszkania przy Tamizie z atrakcją gratis. Czy ktoś zapuka kiedyś do głów ludzi którzy wpadli na pomysł takiego straszaka?

  I popped into the Battersea Reach store on Sunday with my son and noticed the coffee jars were empty and labelled “ask behind the counter.” After waiting to get a jar from a staff member, I returned to the self-service tills and paid for everything, including the coffee. As I was leaving, I was stopped by a female member of staff, and accused of not paying! I explained that I had paid at the self-service, but was bluntly told, “No you didn’t! Show me your receipt.” As I hadn’t taken one, I was then asked to prove it using my banking app. This all happened in front of other customers, effectively accusing me of lying. Machine record was eventually checked confirming I had paid. The apology I received was brief and reluctant, and didn’t reflect the seriousness of the accusation. I understand the need to prevent shoplifting, but accusing a customer of lying without checking the facts first is completely unacceptable. I have not personally had any problem with any other branches. But will certainly not be shopping at this branch again.

  It’s a difficult store to get around if you have a pram. Normally the staff are friendly but I encountered a very rude Indian woman working there. Very unpleasant.

  Un poco escaso en general, bastante pequeño y no muy barato para ser un supermercado, pero ideal cuando vives muy cerca.
