  Need to complain to trading standards about these guys closing early. Why would you advertise 11pm close and close at 10:50?

  As we were staying nearby this was a useful place to buy drinks and snacks to take back with us to our accommodation. The security was rather tight, but nevertheless, we easily found what we wanted and we paid at one of those awful self service tills. All good for buying for a small shopping experience when you're away from home.

  This happens to be my local Tesco Express, ive never had any issues before but today I was embarrassed by one of the rude security guards. This Tesco express is a drop off point for Asos (i was returning items), understandbly i had to queue outside for 5 minutes and then queuing again inside, when I approached the till this security just shouted at me saying ITS NOT WORKING, ITS NOT WORKING, YOUVE WASTED YOUR TIME COMING HERE! so i told her I wasnt aware of this I only followed what was instructed on the Asos returns website. I was embarrassed by her shouting at me, she kept saying I wasted my time queuing, i responded saying there should have been a sign at the front, she responded back saying THATS THE MANAGER FAULT, ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR A FEW DAYS! This security guard need to have training on her people skills!! If youre planning to return anything I would suggest you check first!

  Very bad customers service not professional stuff, I had a bad experience when I went to refund a product.....!sorry for the management They to send their stuff to Morrison to training them....#
