  Health & safety is a concern here ! Trolleys in the way , cardboard boxes being left ignored & security follows people around especially from the Mdx uni .

  This is the 3 time i am coming before closing time there is two people stand next to the door and don’t let anyone to come inside and buy anything so Today 13.5.2026 in the evening i came at 10:56pm 4min before the time they didn’t let us to come inside please learn how to respect with the other people i hoep all of you should know that

  The south Asian female, small, with prescription glasses and loose hair down to her shoulders, Saturday 25th April 2026 at 13:37 my daughter (16) is at the self checkout, she scanned a clubcard and used a bank card to pay for household top up shop worth £24.72. You stood watching my daughter as she bagged her items, she turned around to look at you and you still stood and carried on monitoring her, you made her feel terribly uncomfortable and upset. I come to this Tesco and spend £70 upwards on a few items, all the staff acting so professional including the security guards, helpful and pleasant, endless smiles and chats and apologising if my bags beep at the exit, so today to have my daughter who I want to introduce to more responsibilities come into the store and be treated like a thief is so very disappointing, however, I am not surprised to hear the description of the staff who did this as this staff has been of a distasteful manner since she came to this store, always moody even to her own colleagues, rude and passive aggressive. She is a disgrace to the rest of the staff there. I will be making a formal complaint about her to the head office and also via the feedback link once it comes through. In the aisles she bumps into customers without a word and will never move for a customer, she is a complete eye sore. What an unhappy individual.
