  I am honestly still upset about what happened here today. I came into the store simply to buy formula for my baby. My daughter was crying, and as a mother, when your baby is hungry and upset, the last thing you expect is to have to argue with staff just to buy her milk. There was an opened pack with an individual barcode, so I brought the individual formula to the till. I tried to explain that it had its own barcode and could be sold individually, but instead of listening to me and trying to understand the situation, the older female staff member became confrontational and shouted, “Don’t shout at me.” I was not trying to shout at her. I was stressed, my baby was crying, and I was desperately trying to explain what I was asking for. I was then told that the manager would be called, which made the situation even more upsetting. What makes this even more frustrating is that another member of staff eventually opened the pack in front of me and gave me two individual bottles, confirming that it could be done. I honestly cannot understand why a simple situation had to become so difficult. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I was a mother trying to buy formula for her crying baby. Sometimes customer service is not just about rules and procedures. It is about having a little bit of empathy and understanding when someone is clearly stressed. I left the store feeling humiliated, upset and completely unsupported. I genuinely hope the staff think about how they speak to parents in situations like this, because you never know what someone may already be going through. I came in needing help with something as basic and important as feeding my baby. I left feeling like I was the problem.

  Judith, the lady at the till, really needs to take a step back and relax. It seems like she's under pressure and is treating us as if we're compelling her to work for nothing. It's quite rude, and I hope management notices this and makes some improvements.

  Hey tesco ealing broad, i went to to pickup a delivery from there they said 2-3 minutes and it went 10 minutes and then 30 minutes. And after 30 minutes i went to ask them and they had a attitude of dont shout at me, and after making me wait for 30 minutes they was like cancel the order. They started shouting at me abused me like i have done something bad. These were the peoples.
