Massive thank you to Thinesh and Jackie who both helped me with an in store club card issue. It was a technical fault and rather than brush it off, they both took extra time to help resolve the issue. Thank you!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of a staff member at one of your stores. During my recent visit, I experienced a lack of respect and professionalism from a member of your team. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I left the store feeling uncomfortable and upset. I believe all customers deserve to be treated politely, regardless of the situation.

Horrible store. Not an ounce of skills in customer service or any notion of how to run a shop. I don't believe anyone that works here has done a single day's training. The fridges are filthy and the whole shop is always under stocked.
