  A great addition to have the near the water and for the nearby residents. The tesco is usually fully stocked and the Get-go allows you to easily walk in/out quite quickly. The nearby area is also quiet and the tesco is usually not very busy. Compared to other tescos, this one is open quite late, even on a sunday. Sadly the trial for the Getgo ended, though I hope it comes back. The downside of the system though is that with larger shops, the camera system often gets items slightly wrong, which an employee has to manually fix each time.

  I visit this local Tesco store more often than I visit the local Sainsburys or Waitrose in Fulham Palace Road. Why? One simple reason, the staff working here are always pleasant and smiling. Let's face it we are spending more than ever on groceries due to the never ending cost of living crisis. The least that staff can do is to make your daily visit to their store a happy and enjoyable one which the staff here always seem to do. Keep up the good work. I'll be back tomorrow.

  Great customer service at this Tesco. There is consistently someone around to help you. Probably the best service of all local grocery shops. They all seem so happy as well. Shelves are never empty and considering the size of the shop you can always find what you need.

  This is a very modern Tesco's designed for quick in and out shopping. It's pretty simple process it's not that complicated to enter and leave as some of the other comments are suggesting (older generation), I have never had any issues - you can just scan your receipt to exit once you're finished shopping. No need to download any apps, however if you want you can use the app to shop in here which is quite smart when you think about it. I am seeing a lot of the comments complaining about the technology side of things in this Tesco - there is another Tesco's about an 8 minute walk from here, that is a normal Tesco's express, if this is not your thing you can go here. This Tesco's doesn't have a lot of choices/options and I would say mostly the bigger / more expensive brands rather than Tesco's own but nonetheless to pick up a few bits it's fine for that - also they always have lots of good stuff in the reduced section (fridge at the back) if you're looking for deals.
