  Very polite, helpful and cheerful staff. Parking available outside but be aware it's only free if you register before you go in!

  It wasn't so much Costas fault, as it was the fault of the Tesco store, where the machine is situated - very unhelpful place! I bought a Costa coffee as part of a Tesco meal deal, as I was rushing to catch a train for a dental appointment! I got to the checkout and the shop assistant asked, "Where's the ticket for the coffee!" I had no idea what she was talking about, but apparently at this particular store the machine dispenses a ticket with every drink. I rushed back to the machine and grabbed my ticket. I returned to pay for my goods and the same assistant said, "We're card only payment!" Luckily I had my card on me - but who on earth has ever heard of a Tesco store that is card only!? I finally paid for my goods (on a card) and rushed to catch my train, but sadly missed it with all the messing around! Actually, this was a second visit to this store! The last time, I couldn't get a coffee at all, as the machine was apparently being cleaned - an absolutely awful store! Thank goodness I don't have to reattend my dentist until October!

  I used this store more than any other over the last 10 years but they recently stopped accepting cash, wouldn't even let me buy a loaf of bread and had to leave the store with nothing. Never again.
