- JPJAYANA PATELOct 2, 20261.0Very disappointing experience . This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this Tesco store.The store is advertised as being open until 11:00 pm, but the entrance was locked before 11:00 pm. There were six customers waiting outside at 10.54pm . After around 5 minutes, two staff members finally came and opened the door, but then told us that none of the tills were working and we couldn’t make any purchases. I had travelled around 20 minutes just to buy milk, and because of this, I was unable to purchase it. Another customer was trying to buy . baby formula and was also unable to get it.If the store is unable to serve customers until 11:00 pm, I would ask Tesco to please change the advertised closing time rather than leaving customers travelling to the store and waiting outside only to be told that they cannot make a purchase.Please check the CCTV footage to verify what happened. I also have a video of the incident if required.I hope Tesco takes this feedback seriously and ensures customers are given accurate opening hours and proper service in future.
