Spacious supermarket tucked away near Eventim Apollo! Perfect for grabbing some last-minute snacks before a journey or event. There's a huge selection of stock, including biscuits, medications, fresh fruit, flowers and general groceries. There's a Krispy Kreme cabinet and a fresh orange juice machine located inside. Plenty of self-checkout machines, making it easy to grab a few bits and get on your way. Staff weren't particularly quick to offer assistance, as they were busy chatting to each other before eventually coming over to help. There were also quite a few stocking trolleys and empty boxes left in the aisles, making some areas feel a little cluttered.

This is the second time I’ve visited this Tesco Express, and unfortunately, it’s also the second time the same woman at the checkout has completely ruined my experience. She is extremely rude and disrespectful when speaking to customers. The way she communicates makes you feel as though you’ve interrupted her from sitting around and that she is annoyed simply because she has to work. There is absolutely no basic customer service or professionalism in the way she treats people. I’ve already looked through the reviews and noticed that I’m not the first customer to mention this particular woman at the checkout. I really hope management takes this seriously and speaks to her about the way she treats customers. It’s very disappointing because one person’s attitude can completely ruin the impression of the whole store. This kind of behaviour is simply unprofessional and should not be acceptable in customer service.

I’m really disappointed with this purchase from Tesco. I bought a 4-pack of Budweiser, and unfortunately, one of the cans had a hole/leak in it. I didn’t notice the damage and put the can straight into my backpack. It leaked and soaked my entire backpack, including other items inside. I understand that damaged products can sometimes slip through, but this was extremely frustrating and caused unnecessary damage and inconvenience. I would expect better quality control when products are being sold.
