Had a terrible experience shopping today. The sheer rudeness from a staff that gets paid to do their job and cant even manage that. The manager needs to get in touch or provide contact details. I am taking my complaint to head office.

Dreadful customer service experience today whilst collecting my EVRI parcel. The staff member Faiyez shouted at me aggressively and pointed his fingers in my face. He had lied and told me my EVRI delivery had not been delivered and that I should come back tomorrow. Turns out it was actually In the back waiting to be collected. I have never experienced customer service as poor as this before. Faiyez should be reprimanded for his unacceptable behaviour. I was mortified by this experience. Shame on you Faiyez and Tesco for allowing his behaviour to continue. You only have to read the terrible reviews against Faiyez too see that tesco are not interested in dealing with his behaviour against local customers.
