  Really disappointing experience at the Golders Green branch this morning. I went in looking for a specific item that the Tesco app clearly stated was in stock at this location. I approached a staff member in Aisle 3 (an older Asian woman, with black hair and glasses) to politely ask if she could help me locate it or check the back. Rather than assisting me, she flatly refused to check the stock and was incredibly unhelpful. When I pointed out that she should be more helpful given the app showed the item as available, she simply scoffed at me and walked away without another word. This level of customer service is highly unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. It made for a very frustrating shopping experience, and management really needs to address the attitude of the staff working that shift. I expect much better from Tesco.

  You can pay cash but only if you have change but if you want to pay with a note (£20 or £50) staff says they don't have any change. This is happening twice.

  The older female person working there has a vile attitude towards customers and I think she should be sacked. Very rude and aggressive.
