He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, making the whole experience very pleasant. His positive attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It is refreshing to receive such thoughtful and respectful service from someone who clearly cares about customers. Completely melted ice cream. You will poison someone soon. Seen this practice happening in your Hackney Downs branch for many months now. I will be posting videos online of this doesn’t change by November.

My three-year-old son accidentally spilled a coffee near the coffee machine. As a parent, I wanted to use the situation as a learning opportunity, so I explained that he should apologise for what had happened. We approached a member of staff together and both offered a sincere apology. The response we received was unacceptable. The man with the grey hair completely ignored us and failed to acknowledge either apology. Rather than responding professionally, he pretended we were not there at all. While I understand that accidents can be frustrating, particularly in a busy environment, there is no excuse for treating customers in such a disrespectful manner. I would expect staff members to demonstrate a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. In my view, this employee requires additional training and supervision.

Potentially the most chaotic Tesco I’ve ever been to. It’s run more like a dodgy corner shop than an actual supermarket. Even the Lidl middle aisle is better organised. Is there genuinely no stockroom, or is permanently stacking boxes down every aisle just the business model? Every shopping trip feels like an obstacle course, complete with trip hazards. At this point, a hi-vis vest and steel-toe boots should come free with your Clubcard.
