  Staff is disgusting. I've seen one of their security guards fail to help someone that was in quite a lot of distress. Tesco clearly needs to improve their customer service training for every member of staff because this was outrageously poor. I felt incredibly sorry for the person in question.

  The night staff was super kind and assistive to find my forgotten personal items even though the shop is about to be closed. 🙏

  Stock shouldn't be placed along the top of fridges. It has a tendency to fall on customers. Staff however couldn't care less. Not a place to spend money

  That security guard wrongly accused me of stealing an item. I explained the situation to him, but he continued to insist on his accusations. I showed him my receipt, which proved that I had paid for the item, yet he never apologized. He didn’t even check my bag; he simply looked at the receipt. His explanation to me was, “I’m annoyed by you,” which I found completely unprofessional. Even though a staff member told him that they knew me and that there was no issue, he continued shouting at me and insisting on his accusation. He shouted at me in front of everyone, which was humiliating. I shop at this store regularly, around three or four times a week, and many of the staff members know me. I find it unacceptable that I was treated this way despite being a regular customer.
