  That security guard wrongly accused me of stealing an item. I explained the situation to him, but he continued to insist on his accusations. I showed him my receipt, which proved that I had paid for the item, yet he never apologized. He didn’t even check my bag; he simply looked at the receipt. His explanation to me was, “I’m annoyed by you,” which I found completely unprofessional. Even though a staff member told him that they knew me and that there was no issue, he continued shouting at me and insisting on his accusation. He shouted at me in front of everyone, which was humiliating. I shop at this store regularly, around three or four times a week, and many of the staff members know me. I find it unacceptable that I was treated this way despite being a regular customer.

  I think some customer service training might be needed in this shop. Or some new staff. I do my best to avoid this shop if I can.

  This has been my local Tesco for just over 6 months now. Raj is an absolute pleasure to see!

  The staff speak very little English, and don't be surprised if prices go up from week to week.

  So pleased about the customer service. Specifically, I'd like to mention one of the female hijabi staff members, Salma. She was so helpful and approachable and delivered outstanding customer service. No doubt, I will definitely recommend this store.
