    I could not enter with my cat in a transport box for 1 min as I needed to buy bread in the morning. However dogs are allowed... This is a very bad policy, disrespectful and unfair.

    I have been purchasing from Tesco for the last one year. Recently when I approached the staff regarding a refund, I was asked to wait until 14 days and it has not been over a month since the refund was issued. I haven’t received the refund and I had to go to the store more than 10 times for this. No body addressed my concern have just asked me to wait. This is not the service I expected.
