  I’m a regular customer and have bought beer from this store well over 100 times. However, I’ve noticed the same issue repeatedly: the beer fridge door is often left open or not properly closed. Especially during the hot summer weather in the UK, customers expect their beer to be properly chilled. When the fridge door is left open, the beer isn’t as cold as it should be, which affects the overall customer experience. I hope the management can remind staff to make sure the fridge door is always properly closed. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference to product quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you.

  I visit this Tesco everyday as it’s my local & can I just say the man who works in there called imran is a great asset to have there he is just always polite & welcoming greeting me with a joyful smile & asking how I am making my shopping experience lovely! He is always helpful & if I need any advice with items or locating them he is hands on to help with any problem. All shops need to have an imran! :)
