- UQUR_ DubZ (Q)Oct 5, 20261.0I rarely bring race into a customer service experience, but the blatant profiling I just experienced at this store was entirely unacceptable. The security guard stationed at the door singled me out the second I walked in and proceeded to follow me throughout the entire store simply because I was carrying a Nando's bag. Singling out and tailing the only Black female customer in the building as if she is an automatic suspect is disgraceful, discriminatory, and deeply unprofessional. For a Black security staff member to engage in racial profiling against another Black customer just to perform diligence for management is pathetic. Management needs to address the racially biased behavior of their security personnel immediately. This is not security it is harassment. ZOBA!
