  Presenza di diversi prodotti solo che tutto un pó caro. Non fatevi fregare, difronte ce un negozio che vende tutte le bevande a 1 sterlina.

  Terrible customer service. I had queue for 10mins to use the self service checkout, as I was scanning one of the product did not have a barcode. I asked the asian lady who was manning the queue. She proceed to say " you go and get another one and queue again." She was abrupt and rude and should not be ordering customers around. I decided to say nothing and collect another of the same item and queue in the service till. Then she comes up to the person serving me to say I had left. I am not sure what is the customer training there for the stores but certainly felt that instead of helping, she had treated me like her staff. Throughly disappointed.
