  I visited this store on the evening of 2026-05-11, around 20:40. I encountered a very unpleasant situation... the blonde girl who was working that evening was really rude, unprofessional, her behavior directly caused an unpleasant situation for me and the surrounding customers... Is this normal in this store??? Although the employee shouted at the entire store, no responsible person appeared to resolve the situation. However... Another girl, who turns out to be the manager, stood next to me and calmly watched the situation while the employee shouted, she did not take any action to resolve everything as soon as possible. I will never visit here again and I recommend training the employees on how to treat customers. I suggest that the problems in this store due to the behavior of the employees be resolved as soon as possible!

  I did some shopping from different shop and on my way home I went to Tesco to get some water I’m leaving just round the corner from Tesco. I’m doing some shopping 2-3 times a week from Tesco but today I was the first time very disappointed. The guy on the till was very rude plus checking my bag with the goods from different store. I felt very uncomfortable.
