- MSMicheal Shlongiasei3 days ago1.0I came and I the store needed 5 minutes to close and they allowed me in but they had closed for the customer, unacceptable and then she started speaking rude about me behind my back, I couldn’t remember her name but she was wearing a headscarf, they seemed closed at 10:50 which js not right thru close the door at 11!!!!! Please have a look into this!!!!!!!!! I will be reporting to head office
- DLDavid LJul 24, 20261.0The worse Tesco I have ever had the misfortune to visit. Out of date food, which I dumped on the floor to show my disapproval. Member of staff on maned till should be sacked immediately, I felt like I was inconveniencing him for wanting to be served, no acknowledgment and the third time of me asking if they had a fork to eat what I had purchased he just pointed to an empty dirty dispenser. I would suggest complete refit and new staff. Manager should go today!

I encountered a very unpleasant situation... the blonde girl who was working that evening was really rude, unprofessional, her behavior directly caused an unpleasant situation for me and the surrounding customers... Is this normal in this store??? Although the employee shouted at the entire store, no responsible person appeared to resolve the situation. However... Another girl, who turns out to be the manager, stood next to me and calmly watched the situation while the employee shouted, she did not take any action to resolve everything as soon as possible. I will never visit here again and I recommend training the employees on how to treat customers. I suggest that the problems in this store due to the behavior of the employees be resolved as soon as possible!
